We are one of the largest suppliers of filament rayon in the Americas. We have a wealth of expertise to assist you with finding the right product to meet your need. Our core products consist of filament yarns for weaving, braiding, automotive and knitting applications. We stock a wide range of colors in 300 denier and natural in 150/300/600 denier for piece dyeing and towel applications. We cater to small, high-end niche markets(especially apparel and home furnishings) with the highest quality yarns in the worldWith the addition of Package Dyed Filament Bamboo, we continue to provide solutions that are environmentally sustainable and healthy for our future.

We specialize in Filament Rayon. Simply put, both it’s apparel & industrial yarn properties have never been duplicated. Our business centers around dyed filament rayon, but we also carry natural for apparel and industrial applications.

Our “work-horse” is 300 denier, bright, dyed filament rayon. We offer it in both package dyed as well as Producer pigment  dyed yarn.
In the case of the pigment dyed yarn, the color is actually injected into the fiber gel, prior to extrusion. In the trade, this is often referred to as solution dyed yarn. The advantage of these yarns are that they offer superior resistance to fading without sacrificing any of the properties of the yarn.

Our yarns offer a bright luster in traditional dyed colors and un-dyed natural.  Rayon contains an extremely soft hand and is comparable to silk without the silk price tag. Our rayon is non-continuous or "pot spun" extrusion technology, which provides 2.0 turns per inch. The yarns have a shrinkage of 2-3% and available on 6" cones. For our stock colors, minimums are as low as 5 lbs! We also maintain a line of 20 pigmented rayon colors and have 40 shades available.

We stock 60 colors of the 300 denier pigment dyed yarn in our warehouse in Spartanburg, SC, and have available 14 colors of 150 denier,  pigment dyed yarns.
Our package dyed yarns offer a wide range of color, and shades can be matched with a small up-charge in price. We currently  have 40 colors of 300 denier package dyed yarn in stock.

Custom shade matching will require approximately 8 weeks lead time.

In natural yarns, we have the following yarns in stock, for prompt delivery: 150 denier; 300, 600, 900, and 1800 denier(Textile viscose). We also stock 1650 denier and 2200 denier  high tenacity yarn for industrial applications. In addition, we can also supply container load quanity orders.
