Our Focus is  primarily in the Apparel, Home Furnishings and Trimmings, Braid Cord/Hose, Mechanical and Rubber Goods Industries.

Rayon Yarn Corporation of the Americas is one of a Family of companies closely aligned to provide value in every area of the marketplace that we are engaged in.

Rayon Yarn Corp – We began operations in 1990 as “Rayon Yarn Corp.” (RYC) in a joint venture with a NAFTA, pigment dyed, filament Rayon producer. The luxurious hand, the depth of shade, and sheer elegance of these yarns quickly moved RYC to a dominate position in the U.S. and Mexico in the dyed filament yarn business, as well as yarns designed and engineered for Industrial applications.

Today, RYC continues to service our customers requirements and market trends, through alliances with Asian and European producers of dyed and / or pigmented filament rayon.

RYC of the Americas: This company specializes in the sales and distribution of textile yarns other than  filament Rayon.

D&P Enterprises  -  In order to remain competitive and survive in today’s rapidly changing markets, any enterprise must have a dedicated, on-going, market research, market development,  product design, and development team. D&P Enterprises encompasses this function for us.

D&P Global – Handles all international purchasing for products bound for the U.S. markets, as well as,  off-shore sales and distribution of the product lines.

Bedding Components:  We have expanded our operations into the bedding and home furniture markets. Bedding components is dedicated to the support and expansion of our position in these markets.

Suntech Fabrics:  Sales and international distribution of marine, awning, patio fabrics, and home furnishings fabrics made in the USA.

Southport Holdings :  Our offices and warehouses are located at 344 & 346 Wingo Heights Rd. in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  Our primary operations center is situated at this location. We have 55k Sq. ft. of storage devoted to our Rayon dyed filament yarns, Tierra Verde viscose filament Bamboo yarns, and Suntech Fabrics. We also maintain a support inventory for Bedding Components at this site.
In addition we  operate a public commercial warehouse, for textile products, and specialized contractual “pick and pack” operations for other private commercial enterprises.
